Returns policy: 

Within 90 days after the order is delivered, it is eligible for return.

The delivery date is based on the tracking number for the order.

To start the return process, please contact us at hello@neuralife.co , no return is accepted if sent directly to our address, that is not a return address. 

We are not responsible for orders lost in transit or damaged unless order insurance has been purchased with the order.
